Rashauna Norment, Registered Patent Attorney

Rashauna Norment is a registered patent attorney, and has been admitted to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office, in the State of Arkansas, and in the Eastern and Western District Courts of Arkansas. She has over 13 years of experience in intellectual property law, and handles patents, trademarks, copyrights, licensing, research, and litigation.

Because obtaining patent protection and securing other intellectual property protection can be a complex process, she strives to educate her clients on their options for intellectual property protection in a timely, cost-effective, yet personable way. She has represented businesses, independent inventors and entrepreneurs, and other institutions not only from Arkansas, but also from New York, Texas, California, and overseas concerning their patent, trademark, copyright, and business needs. She also provides intellectual property consultation services and legal services to other law firms. She was also an adjunct law professor at University of Arkansas at Little Rock William H. Bowen School of Law, teaching intellectual property law courses. She is a frequent CLE presenter for intellectual property legal topics.
